The challenge
Plymouth Is a 20MW/40MWh BESS connected to NGEDs local 33kv network and scheduled to be operational Q4 2026. The site is a HVO conversion, previously operated under a STOR agreement by the previous owners up until March 2025, prior to being decommissioned and replaced with the cleaner BESS arrangement by Pulse Clean Energy.
